Registration, located inside the entrance of Champaign Ball-room where general sessions will be held, is open from 3:00 to 5:15 pm on Tues. the 16th to pick up nametags, conference brochure, and ticket(s) if attending the banquet. Registration will reopen at 6:35 pm before the evening session.

Youth/Children must be accompanied by parent(s).

Banquet Registration
If you are attending the Banquet, click here to register.  The Banquet and Entertainment fee is $49 per adult and children 4-11 years $20.
Banquet Registration cutoff date is July 10, 2024.

Note you must download this form in order to submit it back to the ECA.

1. Click on the hard copy of the International National Conference Registration Form.
2. Download/save this form to your computer/device.
3. If you do not have Adobe installed on your computer/device you will need it in order to fill out the form.
4. Fill out the form and click on the submit button.
5. You will be prompted to choose what type of email you want to use. If you are unsure choose default.
6. An email box should open up so you can submit the form to Jane Turrill at her email address.

Instructions

1. When completing the registration form, register yourself by filling out the form and checking the box next to “Individual”.   (NOTE: If you are a member of the ECA, please do not alter your name that is prepopulated in the First Name and Last Name fields.  Doing so, will change it in your profile and your credentials will not print properly)
   
   
2. Enter the discount code at the bottom to receive the Member/Candidate pricing.  Discount codes are only for the ECA Members/Candidates.  ECA Members/Candidates Discount code: MEMBERS2024.  The discount(s) will be shown on the last page before you pay.
   
   
3. If you are bringing your spouse, click .  Complete the form for your spouse and check the box next to Spouse.  You do not need to input the discount code.
   
   
4. When registering a child/youth, you will need to input their birth date.  Follow the same process as you did to add your spouse.  Click  and choose the appropriate box.  Each child/youth attending will need to be registered individually.  NOTE: If the child will be 11 years of age before the start of the conference, you will need to choose "Youth".
   
   
5. When finished registering all individuals, click the   button.
