Attendees/Guests Registration

• Family and friends are welcome to attend, but they are required to be registered.
  

Room Rates: 

• $127.00+11% tax for 2 Queen beds or 1 king.
• The rate is good October 17-18, checking out on the 19th.  Cutoff for the discounted rate is September 17, 2024.
• Group rate is applicable two days before and two days after the official meeting dates, subject to room availability.
• The hotel may continue to accept reservations from the Group’s attendees after September 17 at the prevailing room rate, subject to availability.

2. Download/save this form to your computer/device.
3. If you do not have Adobe installed on your computer/device you will need it in order to fill out the form.
4. Fill out the form and click on the submit button.
5. You will be prompted to choose what type of email you want to use. If you are unsure choose default.
6. An email box should open up so you can submit the form to Jane Turrill at her email address, jane@ecainternational.org.

When completing the registration form, register yourself by filling out the form.  (NOTE: If you are a member of the ECA, please use the name and mailing address in our database.  The registration is tied to our database, and whatever you use on the registration will change your name on the annual credentials and where they are mailed.)
