There is no registration fee, but gifts are welcome to help defray the cost of the Gathering.

- Room Rate: $109 + 13% tax for a two queen standard room. A hot & cold breakfast buffet is included. The rate is good for the nights of April 17-18, and available one (1) day prior, and one (1) day after the block dates.

- To make your reservation by phone, call at (847) 985-0101 and ask for the Evangelical Church/Spring Gathering group rate.
- Cut-off date for the discounted rate is Thursday April 4. Reservations will continue to be accepted from the group’s attendees after the deadline at the prevailing room rate, subject to availability.
